Glass blowing - Daily Style
Today was quite delicious. Mr Smaggle and I went to a bead store and I stocked up on supplies. Then we went to the markets and had basil chicken for lunch. Afterwards we went to the Glassworks and watched our friend Matt give a presentation on glass blowing which was insanely interesting and Mr Smaggle took some gorgeous photos of the old building. I’m just about to eat some toast and spend the evening making bead woven rings for my NMIT portfolio…

Oh this is so cute :).
Hi!
I’m new here and I love your site :o)
I was wondering where you thrift from in Canberra?
Nadine - Thanks! I thought the outfit was very you actually when I put it on this morning!
Enny - Welcome to Smaggle! I thrift from EVERYWHERE in Canberra. Today’s belt is from Salvos in Belconnen around the back near the car yards. The skirt is from The Bargain in Queanbeyan. I really thrift from everywhere. And it’s best if you do it early in the morning on a weekday if you can manage it. I also thrift when I travel.
This look I would describe as “baroque gothic”–really pretty.
I have been missing in action and just caught up with your blog today! Oh gosh I just love the outfit!! So pretty of delicious!
Hope your having a good day at that place I dread!!!On holidays now and loving it! Although I am doing a unit in the second week “intense study” they call it…. I call it stupid!
