Sleepy - Daily Style
I am so sleepy today! I think it’s because I did a Pump class at the gym yesterday. And I was a total brat and didn’t listen to the instructor and upped my weights during the class. And now I am in an insane amount of pain. I was also up late helping Mr Smaggle prepare for his trip. This afternoon I’m off home (for a quick nap) and then I’m having dinner with my lovely friend Sally. I can’t wait!

Oh I can totally relate!! I did Bikram yoga on Sunday morning with one of my friends and yesterday I could barely move.

Nicoleeeee - Ha ha it’s not even that cold yet. Still around 22 degrees. We just have stupid building managers who continue to over air-condition and I’m freezing all the time.
